Email our horticultural specialists within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
Provide Documentation
Attach clear photos of the plant and the packaging it arrived in so our team can assess the health and condition of the specimen.
Receive Authorization
Once reviewed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or approve a direct replacement if the plant is unfit for return shipping.
Resolution Processing
